Living in Puhoi for over 10 years Kathy Sykes has seen a need for short term furnished accommodation. She successfully runs www.devonportholidayhouses.co.nz and has decided to operate a small, boutique operation from her Home Office in Puhoi where Devonport Holiday Houses is based. Maybe you have a small cottage on your property you would like to have paying guests stay. Maybe you are going overseas and want to rent your furnished house out while you are away. You might go away at Christmas and want to rent your house out while you are away.
