Hey Folks,This is an awesome opportunity for young Maori in the Rodney area.
Would be awesome if you could put people forward that would take advantage of the opportunity to represent Rodney.
Let me know if you have anyone that you think would fit.
A virtual team representing Community Development and Safety, the Independent Māori Statutory Board, Te Waka Angamua, Community and Cultural Strategy and Rangatahi (from the Youth Advisory Panel) has been set up to support rangatahi in having a voice across the region by creating a Foundation Rangatahi Panel. The project has reached a stage now where we are seeking interest from rangatahi to be involved in the foundation panel who will be tasked with formalising the next stage of the process.Attached is the pānui to be distributed through your networks.
The deadline for nominations to be received is early May . I will be in contact to hear how progress is going.

We on the Puhoi Farmers Market committee have been noticing a shortage of eggs for sale, even from larger, commercial suppliers. Let us know if some of you smaller, backyard hen owners have a dozen or so spare eggs for the community stall on market day, or just bring them along that morning. We can supply you with containers.
For my sins, this month I [Judith Williams] take over the role of Puhoi Community Forum minute secretary from Guinny Sorensen, who has performed that duty faithfully for a year – our gratitude for that, Guinny. You can use my email address firstname.lastname@example.org to contact me, or place correspondence in the forum’s mailbox, 404199. Judith Williams, newsletter editor
